The Difference Between Noodle Soups

Ordering a noodle soup can be a tedious task. If you have no idea what you feel like, or what you’re ordering, you can either be in noodle soup heaven or cry into your miserable soup wishing you ordered pho instead of laksa. What’s the difference? We’re here to help with our yummy knowledge on all things noodle soup.

Pho

In all of its delicious glory, pho is at the top of the deliciousness scale. With a combination of broth that’s usually been simmering for days, thin or thick rice noodles, bean sprouts and chilli, this soup can be consumed if you’re gluten free. Laksa
